Kernel memory corruption via negative DRBD payload size

Out-of-bounds write in Linux DRBD allows remote attackers controlling a peer to corrupt kernel memory through a crafted data reply. The recv_dless_read() path lets a peer-controlled unsigned wire length become a negative signed data_size, which is converted to SIZE_MAX for a page receive. Exposure requires a node that reads from its peer, including a diskless node or peer read balancing; the default integrity setting remains affected.
