Kernel panic via wrong power-domain helper

NULL pointer dereference in the MediaTek power-domain driver in Linux 6.19 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the kernel. The probe and cleanup paths call DIRECT_CTL status and power-off functions for HW_VOTER domains without first checking the MTCMOS type. Exposure requires MediaTek HW_VOTER hardware plus a probe failure or an HWV domain marked MTK_SCPD_KEEP_DEFAULT_OFF; upstream states neither condition has occurred.
