Secure-world kernel corruption via concurrent signed TA

Use-after-free in the OP-TEE OS Trusted Application loader 4.10.0 and earlier allows local users to corrupt secure-world kernel memory. The loader accepts the pseudo-TA-only TA_FLAG_CONCURRENT bit from a signed user TA header, bypassing serialization so concurrent memref mapping and unmapping frees live vm_region nodes. Exploitation requires the ability to install a signed user TA and open two concurrent sessions; the bounded result is S-EL1 kernel-memory corruption.
