Unauthenticated root command execution via stored L2TPv3 identifiers

Stored OS command injection in D-Link DWR-M961 C1 firmware before 1.1.5_C1_202607071108 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The /boafrm/formL2tpv3ConfigSetup web-management CGI stores crafted tunnelid and sessionid values, then inserts the retrieved values into a system command during a later configuration request. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands execute with root privileges on the router.
