Unauthenticated root command execution via NTP parameter

Command injection in D-Link DWR-M961 C1 firmware before 1.1.5_C1_202607071108 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. The /boafrm/formNtp web-management handler fails to neutralize shell syntax in the ntpServerIp1 value before using it in an operating-system command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants root-level control of the router.
