Crash via zero piece length in torrent metadata

Divide-by-zero in aria2 1.37.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the process via a malicious torrent file. In processRootDictionary, src/bittorrent_helper.cc uses the torrent's pieceLength value as a divisor without first rejecting zero. Exploitation requires aria2 to parse attacker-supplied torrent metadata; the public reproducer shows a process crash, not broader system impact.
