Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via directory traversal

Arbitrary file upload and path traversal in LZ-litchi 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to write files outside the storage directory. The PermitAll upload handler passes the unvalidated directory parameter into generateUploadPath, which directly joins it to the filename and local base path. No login is required; crafted relative or absolute paths can place attacker-controlled content wherever the service account can write.
