Unauthenticated administrative API access via hardcoded token secret

Authentication bypass in s-pms SPMS-Server 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to forge administrator tokens and access protected APIs. The main application.yml embeds a fixed HMAC-SHA256 signing secret that the production profile leaves unchanged, and RequestInterceptor trusts the resulting root-user token payload. No account is required; knowledge of the published default secret grants the protected backend privileges of an arbitrary user ID.
