AMF service interruption via unchecked NAS headers

Denial of service in Open5GS 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt the AMF via a crafted NAS PDU passed to ngap_send_to_nas(). The function copies the supplied PDU into a size-matched buffer, then reads security-header and protocol-discriminator fields without first validating the minimum header length. The AMF must accept attacker-controlled NGAP/NAS traffic, and successful exploitation interrupts AMF service.
