Trajectory service interruption via unbounded recovery oscillation

Denial of service in EGO-Planner-v2 allows attackers to disrupt trajectory execution through repeated collision recovery. In EGOReplanFSM, checkCollisionCallback runs during recovery states and repeatedly interrupts execFSMCallback, while failed GEN_NEW_TRAJ attempts have no retry bound or cooldown. A persistent close-obstacle or close-drone condition, failed replanning, and an imminent collision can drive high-frequency transitions between emergency stop and trajectory generation, preventing stable trajectory execution and producing unsafe motion.
