Remote panic via recursive SCTP parameter parsing

Uncontrolled recursion in pf on affected FreeBSD releases allows remote attackers to panic systems via crafted SCTP packets. The pf_multihome_scan function accepts add/delete-address parameters inside INIT or INIT-ACK chunks and recursively reparses their nested payloads without a depth bound. Remote attackers whose SCTP traffic is processed by pf can trigger a kernel stack overflow and panic, independent of the ruleset; no data access or modification is reported.
