Process crash via descriptor-length integer underflow

Integer underflow in GPAC commit c2dee3aff638cd96f9617ac5b17dc2868cd90ef3 allows attackers to crash the process via a crafted transport stream. descriptorTime_slice_fec_identifier subtracts three from an attacker-controlled 8-bit descriptor length without a lower-bound check, turning length 1 into an oversized allocation request. The public ASan reproducer requires opening a crafted TS file and establishes denial of service only; the CVE record's broader arbitrary-code-execution impact is not demonstrated.
