Credential disclosure via transmitted Blowfish key

Insufficient encryption in GeoVision GV-IP Device Utility 9.0.5 allows attackers to recover device credentials via LAN sniffing. The encrypt_username_and_password_to_pkt function encrypts the username and password with Blowfish, then places both ciphertext and the symmetric key in the same UDP broadcast packet. Exploitation requires the same LAN and an administrator action that emits a privileged command; recovered credentials grant device-configuration control, including address changes and factory reset.
