File disclosure via Crubadan pathsec bypass

Path traversal in NLTK 3.9.4 through 3.10.2 allows attackers controlling a Crubadan corpus package to read local files. CrubadanCorpusReader._load_lang_ngrams joins an untrusted table.txt code to the corpus root and passes the result to builtin open(), bypassing pathsec containment. Disclosure requires a crafted mapping entry and is limited to readable paths ending in -3grams.txt whose contents parse as token-count lines.
