Administrator account creation via reflected script injection
Published Aug 24, 2026 · Updated Aug 24, 2026
Reflected XSS in Dolibarr ERP & CRM before 24.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in an administrator's session. The admin_extrafields_add.tpl.php template inserts the type request parameter into an inline script without dol_escape_js encoding, allowing a quote to break out of the JavaScript string. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open a crafted URL; the injected code can create a persistent administrator account.
