Cross-tenant job metadata disclosure via missing authorization
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Broken access control in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform allows remote authenticated users to read other tenants' job-event metadata. JobJobEventsChildrenSummary obtains a Job directly, while ModelAccessPermission accepts GET requests when the view supplies neither a model nor a parent model. Any authenticated account can enumerate job identifiers and read event-tree structure and processing status through the response difference.
