Reflected XSS via raw tag error response

Reflected XSS in AIL Framework 7.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted tag request. The /tag/add_tags error path returned res[0] as raw HTML with str(), so attacker-controlled error text reached the response without output encoding. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to open the crafted request; script then runs in that user's AIL session and can access data or issue authenticated actions.
