Process abort via unchecked empty MaybeLocal

Denial of service in node-re2 1.25.0 and earlier allows attackers to crash a Node.js process via an amplifying global replacement. WrappedRE2::Replace passes an oversized result to V8 with ToLocalChecked without testing the returned empty MaybeLocal, causing an uncatchable abort. Reachability requires attacker influence over the input size or an output-amplifying replacement template, and the entire process or worker terminates.
