Adjacent-network daemon crash via IP length underflow

Integer underflow in wicked 0 through 0.6.80 allows remote attackers to crash wickedd-dhcp4 with a crafted DHCPv4 packet. ni_capture_inspect_udp_header() subtracts the IP header length from a smaller IP total length without first validating their order, producing a wrapped UDP length and an out-of-bounds read past the receive buffer. The attacker must share the target network; the demonstrated consequence is a daemon crash dependent on memory layout, with no demonstrated information disclosure.
