Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized wifiOff parameter

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A8000RU 7.1cu.643_b20200521 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted HTTP request. The setWiFiGuestCfg path inserts the untrusted wifiOff value into a command buffer with snprintf, then CsteSystem passes the resulting command to execv. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants arbitrary command execution on the router.
