Unauthenticated command execution via management agent arguments
Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026
Command argument injection in Hitachi Cosminexus Component Container allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands. The flaw resides in the operation management agent, but Hitachi has not disclosed which interface accepts crafted arguments or how delimiters reach command execution. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and injected arguments run in the operation management agent's execution context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
