Arbitrary file writes via unsafe archive extraction

Path traversal in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through project archives. The AWX project_archive action plugin joins the project directory with each zip or tar member name without normalization, traversal rejection, or a destination-boundary check. Project administration privileges and control of an archive source are required; resulting writes run as the extraction user, with host impact governed by container isolation and mounted volumes.
