Local crash via truncated extended-language box size

Out-of-bounds access in GPAC MP4Box 26.03-DEV-rev105-g8f39a1eb3-master allows local users to crash MP4Box via a crafted MP4 file. In elng_box_read, a 64-bit elng payload size is cast to 32 bits for allocation and reading, then reused untruncated as a heap index. A local user must supply a Linux sparse file whose logical size passes the parser guard; the demonstrated consequence is an immediate process crash.
