Cross-namespace backend exposure via unchecked service references

Incorrect authorization in Traefik Proxy's Kubernetes CRD provider allows local users to expose cross-namespace backends through crafted references. The configBuilder.nameAndService resolver skips isNamespaceAllowed for names containing @ and fails to consult allowCrossNamespace before accepting @kubernetescrd TraefikService backend references. Namespace-scoped RBAC to create a router and knowledge of a target TraefikService name are sufficient to expose or reroute that backend under an attacker-controlled route.
