Remote code execution via island template injection

Code injection in Nuxt 3.4.0 through 3.21.9 and 4.0.0 through 4.5.0 allows remote attackers to execute code in Nitro. The /__nuxt_island/ handler accepts nested template keys in decoded props and passes them through dynamic component resolution, where Vue's runtime compiler compiles and executes the attacker-controlled template in the Nitro process. Exploitation requires vue.runtimeCompiler to be enabled, a nonstatic deployment, and a server island whose props reach a dynamic-component path explicitly or through attribute fallthrough.
