Unauthenticated file disclosure via unvalidated download path

Path traversal in Code Projects Online Lot Reservation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read server files via download.php. The endpoint passes the unvalidated file query parameter directly to readfile(), accepting traversal sequences and absolute paths. No authentication is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the web-server process, including application source and configuration data.
