Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped sort identifier
Published Aug 5, 2026 · Updated Aug 5, 2026
SQL injection in Intelliants Subrion CMS 4.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database contents through admin grid sorting. The _gridGetSorting() helper falls back to the raw sort parameter and inserts it between backticks in an ORDER BY clause without escaping embedded backticks. An administrator session is required; injected SQL can read or alter database data and interrupt database service.
