Authenticated SQLite data disclosure via interpolated tag key

SQL injection in ChirpStack 4.19.0-test.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read SQLite data through a crafted device tag key. The get_count() and list() paths interpolate each untrusted tag key into raw SQL while binding only the associated value. Device-list access and the SQLite backend are required; the consequence is database disclosure, while the PostgreSQL backend is unaffected.
