Authenticated SSRF via webhook DNS rebinding

SSRF in Memos 0.29.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services through a DNS-rebinding webhook URL. safeDialContext validates addresses from one DNS lookup but passes the original hostname to net.Dialer, which resolves it again when opening the connection. An authenticated account able to configure a webhook and control DNS is required; the server can then send POST requests to otherwise blocked internal services.
