Authenticated arbitrary file read and write via traversal

Path traversal in Node-RED all versions allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary host files through the Library API. The local-filesystem library storage module passes the user-controlled path from GET or POST library routes to fspath.join without sanitizing traversal sequences or verifying that the resolved path remains under the library directory. Read-only tokens can retrieve files reachable by the Node-RED process, while write permission permits file replacement that can lead to code execution.
