Stored XSS in Invoice Ninja 5.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in client browsers through crafted invoice terms. The client-portal terms Blade template emits entity terms with raw output, while StoreInvoiceRequest removes only newlines and leaves HTML unsanitized. Exploitation requires invoice-creation permission and a client to view the invoice or quote; the script runs in that client's browser, exposing session cookies and permitting portal account takeover.
