Authenticated command execution via incomplete template blacklist

Code injection in magicblack MacCMS v10 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands through crafted template content. The Template.php editor rejects dangerous PHP functions with a regex blacklist, but omitted functions pass through ThinkPHP {if} conditions into generated PHP. Administrator access to the template editor is required; successful injection runs commands with the web server process's privileges.
