Application hang via unhandled AIO completion timeout

Denial of service in libkcapi 0.12.0 through 1.5.0 allows local users to hang an application or thread through AIO handle reuse. After an earlier completion error, _kcapi_aio_read_all() treats an io_getevents() timeout return as a reason to continue waiting instead of exiting. Reachability requires an application using KCAPI_INIT_AIO to reuse the affected handle; the resulting loop persistently leaves that application or thread unresponsive.
