Remote service interruption via unbounded control parameters

Improper input validation in iperf3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows remote attackers to interrupt an exposed iperf3 server. The get_parameters() path accepts oversized parallel and len values from control-channel JSON, then CREATE_STREAMS and iperf_new_stream() turn them into excessive threads, streams, and buffer allocations. Network access to a listening server is sufficient when iperf authentication is disabled; repeated requests exhaust CPU and memory and keep the service unavailable.
