Unauthenticated file read via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in Audiobookshelf 2.19.1 through 2.35.1 allows remote attackers to read service-accessible files via crafted cover requests. Auth.js tests encoded req.path against cover and image exemption regexes, but Express decodes the route ID before CacheManager joins it into a filesystem path. Unauthenticated access is sufficient, and disclosure is limited to readable files whose names match the cache image naming pattern.
