Authentication bypass via unescaped login query
Published Aug 5, 2026 · Updated Aug 5, 2026
SQL injection in Swapnil Sahu Stock-Inventory-Management-System 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass authentication. The login.php script copies raw POST values into session variables and concatenates them into a SQL query without parameterization or escaping. No account or user interaction is required; a crafted login request enters authenticated functions, while the admin/neola branch redirects to login.html rather than granting access.
