Unauthenticated OpenAPI schema disclosure via unprotected endpoint

Information disclosure in dgtlmoon changedetection.io 0.55.7 allows remote attackers to retrieve its full OpenAPI schema. The get() method for the Spec resource at /api/v1/full-spec returns the merged schema without applying the token-checking or request-validation decorators used by sibling API resources. Network access to the endpoint is sufficient; the response exposes endpoint paths, parameters, and installed processor-plugin schemas even when API-key access control is enabled.
