Improper access control in Oracle Helidon 3.2.18 allows remote attackers to read and modify data, and interrupt service, via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or handler; public records identify the Imperative Web Server only and map the issue at a high level to improper access control. Exposure requires network reachability to the server with no authentication, and the published impact is bounded to Helidon-accessible data plus partial denial of service rather than full host takeover.
