Improper access control in Oracle Helidon 1.0.0-1.4.18 and 3.0.0-3.2.17 allows remote authenticated users to take over Helidon via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Imperative Web Server as the locus but has not published the incorrect access-control operation or affected request path. Exploitation requires low privileges and high-complexity conditions, and successful exploitation grants control of application data and service operation.
