Unauthenticated data disclosure via GraphQL defaults

Authentication bypass in Oracle Helidon 4.5.0 allows remote attackers to read a subset of application data via HTTP GraphQL requests. In the Imperative Web Server's GraphQlService routing, the /graphql and schema endpoints were exposed without authentication by default; the 4.5.1 fix wraps those handlers with authentication unless graphql.permit-all is explicitly enabled. Exposure requires a reachable GraphQL endpoint in the application and the published impact is limited to unauthorized read access, not data modification or service interruption.
