Improper access control in Oracle VirtualBox Core 7.2.14 allows local users with high privileges to read, modify, and crash it. Oracle and NVD describe the flaw only at the Core component level and do not disclose the affected code path or the access-control check that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires logon access to the host running VirtualBox and already high privileges, but successful use can still crash the service and expose or alter a subset of VirtualBox-accessible data.
