Unauthenticated read access to database data
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Database Server RDBMS allows remote attackers to read a subset of database data through Oracle Net. Oracle has not disclosed the RDBMS code locus or the access-control operation that mishandles an unauthenticated Oracle Net request. Network access to Oracle Net is the only stated gate; no credentials or user interaction are required, and the consequence is limited to reading some RDBMS-accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=19.3 <=19.32
- Affected versionversion=21.3 <=21.23
- Affected versionversion=23.4.0 <=23.26.3
