Improper access control in affected Oracle Database Server releases allows remote attackers to take over Portable Clusterware via TLS. Oracle has not published the faulty access-control operation or the TLS message sequence that reaches it. Exploitation requires no credentials or user interaction, but the attacker must access the physical communication segment attached to the cluster hardware; takeover can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability beyond Portable Clusterware.
