Low-privilege data compromise and partial DoS
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Product Lifecycle Analytics 3.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle places the flaw in the Installation Issues component, but neither the CVE record nor Oracle's August 2026 advisory discloses the affected endpoint, file, or operation beyond identifying an access-control failure. Reachability requires low-privileged HTTP access, and the published impact is bounded to read access to all accessible data, modification or deletion of some accessible data, and a partial denial of service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
