CVE-2026-71041

Low-privilege local takeover

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Improper access control in Gantt Chart in Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.6 allows local users to take over the application via local access. Oracle has not published the specific code path or unsafe operation in Gantt Chart, and the public CNA, NVD, and GitHub advisory records disclose only a high-level access-control flaw. Exploitation requires low privileges and logon to the host or infrastructure where Agile PLM runs, which limits exposure to attackers who already have a local foothold rather than direct remote reachability.
