Improper access control in Oracle Commerce Guided Search/Experience Manager 11.4.0 allows remote attackers to alter data or crash services via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Content Acquisition System as the affected component but does not disclose the request path or access-control operation that mishandles it. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can create, delete, or modify all accessible data and cause a hang or repeatedly triggered crash.
