Reflected XSS via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Apr 27, 2026 · Updated Apr 27, 2026
Reflected XSS in Code Projects Employee Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through edit.php's ID parameter. The 370project/edit.php endpoint reflects the ID value into its HTML response without context-appropriate output encoding, so a crafted tag becomes executable script. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow an attacker-crafted link, after which the script runs in that administrator's browser with the active session's authority.
