Access control vulnerability in Oracle Payroll in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read payroll data via HTTP. Oracle has described the affected area only as Internal Operations and has not published which request path or server-side authorization check incorrectly grants access to sensitive records. Exploitation requires a low-privileged application account over the network and, based on Oracle's published vector, supports confidentiality impact with scope change rather than data modification or service interruption.
