Access control flaw in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11.2.25.0.000 allows physically proximate attackers to read and modify data via TCP. Oracle and the CVE record identify only the Security component and do not disclose the affected service, code path, or the authorization failure on adjacent-network traffic. Exploitation requires unauthenticated access to the local communication segment attached to the host running Hyperion Financial Management, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity compromise rather than service interruption.
