Unauthenticated internal resource access via unchecked navigation URL

SSRF in Glutamate MCP Servers at commit e2de73280b01e5d943593dd1aa2c01c5b9112f78 allows remote attackers to access internal resources. The puppeteer_navigate handler passes its url argument directly to page.goto without validation or destination allowlisting. Exploitation requires access to the MCP/HTTP tool interface and server egress; the browser can reach loopback, private, or metadata services.
